Dream reveals that the rapture is close!

On the morning of the 24th, I had a dream in which I was looking up at the sky and I saw a large house high up in the air. It was lit up on the inside. I realized heaven had opened up and  the rapture was about to occur in the following moments. I started to repent in order to prepare and not be left behind. End of dream.

The first thing that stood out in this dream was the house in the air. While he was still here on earth, Jesus told his disciples,

“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me.  My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.  You know the way to the place where I am going.” John 14:1-4 (New International Version)

The house I saw in the dream represented the place of refuge that heaven is going to be in the future and the preparations that are being finalized there to receive Gods people. I felt that I would be taken up shortly and this meant that we don’t have a lot of time here. Whatever we need to do, we need to do it quickly!

There will be great suffering on the earth after Gods people are taken to heaven. The only way to escape what is coming is to believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, since its those who know and submit to him who will be taken suddenly in this event called the rapture. After this period of suffering, those who will be taken will return with Christ back to earth where He will rule from Jerusalem as King for 1000 years. Those on earth who would have died or been killed during this time after giving their lives to Christ would be resurrected at his return.

I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. Revelations 20:4 (New International Version)

Christs followers who would have survived this time of suffering would also be welcomed into the kingdom.

Before Jesus came the first time, God signaled his coming using signs in the heavens, dreams and prophecy. The same is happening today. John the baptist was a prophet whom God sent to prepare the way for Christ’s first coming and his message was,

 “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”Matthew 3:2 (English Standard Version)

God is again asking us to turn away from sin and prepare for the return of His Son and our Savior Jesus to set up his literal Kingdom here on earth. We should not be participants in the fruitless works of darkness but waiting expectantly for his return while serving him. God fully expects us to be aware of the warnings he is sending and we should therefore not be caught off guard! Its also our duty to alert everyone we can about these signals so that their blood is not on our hands. Jesus told his disciples,

^“Don’t spend all of your time thinking about eating or drinking or worrying about life. If you do, the final day will suddenly catch you  like a trap. That day will surprise everyone on earth.  Watch out and keep praying that you can escape all that is going to happen and that the Son of Man will be pleased with you.” Luke 21:34-36 (Contemporary English Version)
