God confirms Coronavirus is a sign using wordplay

Hebrew, the language that God chose to express himself in has no word for “coincidence“. The concept does not exist in the Jewish mind and so everything that happens does so under the guidance of Providence. It therefore is not a mistake that three words linked to two individuals and the ongoing global pandemic have something in common, showing that the Coronavirus is a sign.

Gods warning to Solomon manifesting

When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among my people, if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land

2 Chronicles 7: 13-14

In my last post, i showed how the judgments that God revealed to Solomon in this scripture have manifested in recent months as he spoke them. The first one was fulfilled through the record breaking drought in Australia that resulted in bush fires that ravaged the land, destroying property and leading to loss of life. The same weather phenomenon that resulted in the exceptionally dry conditions in Australia caused exceptional wet conditions in the Middle East and Africa, coupled with cyclones. These created favorable conditions for locust breeding, resulting into an invasion of the the insects in the area threatening food security in the region. This fulfilled the second judgment in the scripture. The Third judgment of plague has also been fulfilled through the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak around the world.

My people who are called by my name

The words that God said to Solomon were for the people that the King led, the people of Israel. These were Gods chosen people and God expected them to follow his ways in return for his blessings and protection. If they sinned and God sent them these judgments, they were to repent if they were to see restoration. However in our case, the Church are Gods people who are expected to repent and act against sin and rebellion to Gods will today.

After the fires broke out in Australia, a christian professional rugby player called Israel Folau appealed to his nation to repent from the sin of legalizing abortion and same sex marriage, which they had done prior to the fires. This earned him great criticism from many, but his response to his nations actions modeled the kind of behavior the Church is supposed to exhibit. The fact that his name and character matched both the past and modern contexts of the scripture was not a coincidence, but prophetic.

The Last Trump

I think many would agree that United States President, Donald Trump may be the greatest friend the nation of Israel has had in modern history. He not only was the first President to declare Jerusalem as the undivided capital of Israel, but even went further by moving the US embassy to the city during Israels independence day in 2018.

What is fascinating about this President is that even particular events surrounding his life show that a divine hand was choreographing them and linking them to Israel! These are listed in a 2018 post made on this blog about him being a sign which i encourage you to read at this link.

Not only is US President Trump connected to Israel through actions and events, but also to the rapture through a scripture.

Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

1 Corinthians 15:51-52
(King James Version)

Trumps name is a shortened form of the word trumpet. A trumpet will be blown that will lead to the rapture of the Church. So we have two individuals names, Trump and Israel, linked to two prophetic events and the Church.

The Day of the King

There is a Jewish Feast that is celebrated every year in Israel according to the law of Moses that fits the description of the rapture as described in the scripture above. This feast, called the Feast of Trumpets had a degree of uncertainty of when it should be celebrated over a period of two days. It also involved the blowing of a trumpet made of a rams horn called a Shofar. These and other reasons I shall not elaborate here give strong indication that it is during this feast that the rapture of the church will take place.

According to Jewish tradition, this day is also the Coronation day of God as King of the universe. This is pictured in Psalm 47:5-8 which says,

God has ascended amid shouts of joy, the Lord amid the sounding of trumpets. Sing praises to God, sing praises; sing praises to our King, sing praises. For God is the King of all the earth; sing to him a psalm of praise. God reigns over the nations; God is seated on his holy throne.

So we have a Jewish Feast that is celebrated in Israel and will be the day when the Church will be raptured. The word Coronation comes from the word Corona, which means

“a garland worn on the head as a mark of honor or emblem of majesty”

Merriam-Webster dictionary

The name of the Coronavirus thats affecting the world also comes from Corona as the virus is said to look like a crown. This virus is the third judgment that God mentioned to Solomon, taking us full circle to where we started.

God seems to be using wordplay to emphasize a point. That He is Sovereign and that the rapture of the church is soon. Some may dismiss these as mere coincidences, but the synchronicities are too many for me to do the same. God is also using the Coronavirus to get our attention to the lateness of the hour and our need to prepare through repentance.
